Account & Data Deletion

How to delete your Level200 account and the data associated with it — in the Level200 app or on level200.lu.

You can delete your Level200 account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Choose one of the two options below. This applies to accounts created in the Level200 app or on the level200.lu portal.

Delete in the app

Immediate
  1. Sign in to your account in the Level200 app or at level200.lu/access.
  2. Open My Profile from the user menu.
  3. Scroll down and choose Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Request by email

Within 30 days

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the email address registered to your account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Accounts with billing history: if your account has invoices, payments or completed service records, instant in-app deletion is not available. Use the email option instead — we will delete your personal account and retain only the records we are legally required to keep (see below).

What is deleted

  • Profile — name, email address, phone number, avatar
  • Login credentials and two-factor authentication settings
  • Support tickets, messages, appointments and notifications
  • Uploaded documents and files
  • Device push-notification tokens and active sessions

What is kept, and for how long

  • Invoices, payments and related accounting records — kept for 10 years, as required by Luxembourg accounting and tax law. Retained for legal compliance only, no longer linked to an active account.
  • Security and audit logs — kept for a limited period for fraud prevention; personal identifiers are unlinked when the account is deleted.
